Servants of the Wyrm
Denizens of Tresith
Once the dark heart of Mirrgat’s dominion, Tresith has waned in size and influence during his slumber. Many left to find a place amongst the Amadochi or the Teeth, seeing that their master no longer had need of them here. Over the past year though, throughout Mirrgat’s awakening and slow return to his former stature, people have begun to flock back, reinforcing those who never left. His Dark Children, Mirrgat’s half-dragon spawn, have long kept this place safe and sacred in service of their father. The forges glow anew, stoked by the displaced Duergar who fled the devastation that the Aracnic Empire delivered unto their people. The loreseekers once more prowl their halls, dusting off tomes that have lain forgotten during Mirrgat’s slumber.
There are even those here who do not so much follow the dragon as cower in his shadow. Tresith is, after all, the safest place in all of the Ragged Edge, watched over as it is by those closest to the Caustic King. Whilst they may hold no great love for the dragon in their hearts, they do owe him their allegiance and will reluctantly enter into his direct service when pressed. Despite the nature of the city, huddled at the foot of the Fortress of Bile, and its less than usual lord, it is still a city first and foremost. A place of trade and people eking out a living in the midst of this harsh landscape.
